Redefining Athletic Excellence
The goal of this project was to create a modern and symbolic brand identity for A3 Sports Group that visually reflects their mission of building and training all-around athletes. The new identity needed to resonate with athletes of all levels, enhance brand recognition, and position A3 Sports Group as a leader in holistic athletic development.

All-Around Design for
All-Around Athletes
The new logo for A3 Sports Group is bold and modern, built around the letter “A” to represent all-around athlete development. It’s designed to inspire and empower athletes to reach their full potential through A3’s holistic training approach. We paired a dynamic color palette that brings energy and focus with strong, athletic-inspired typography to reflect confidence and professionalism.
The refreshed brand identity comes to life across digital platforms, print materials, and merchandise, ensuring A3 looks as powerful as the athletes they train.
The visual system is based on playing with the axes of space, even in the layout of the pieces. This is not only a reference to Zeen’s three-dimensional work, but also a way of underlining the company’s approach to transforming concepts and designs into three-dimensional and realistic visual creations.

Where Strategy
Meets Performance
I also had the opportunity to design and develop A3’s website to highlight their athletic training services, help them boost memberships, and make their internal processes more efficient.
The project kicked off with a full UX process—starting with the sitemap, then moving into low-fi wireframes and an interactive prototype in Figma. From there, I used insights from my brand strategy findings to craft clear and compelling messaging that reflects their mission of building well-rounded athletes.
The final result? A modern, user-friendly website that not only showcases what makes A3 unique but also engages their audience and supports their business goals.
